Recharge offers practical routines for composure and reset as well as strategies to manage energy, reduce stress and build long-term resilience.

90 minutes in duration, it's a series of flowing practises for up to 25 people. Up to Recharges can be delivered in a day.

Offered as a mat-based session, it explores the key foundations of nervous system health, particularly the often overlooked impact of sleep, burnout, mental clarity and mindset. Participants are introduced to both physical and psychological tools that can be used daily to support better focus, stronger emotional regulation and improved outputs.
