How physical are the THP sessions?
Our sessions use light, accessible movement designed for all ages and abilities. They’re not workouts - they focus on mobility, posture, energy and team connection, so everyone can take part safely and comfortably.
Do you need a large space to run a session?
THP sessions only require sufficient space for up to 25 participants to stand freely. They need no equipment, no special setup, ensuring teams can participate easily in meeting rooms, offices, or open areas.
How long does a typical session last?
THP sessions typically run for ninety minutes as standard, providing enough time to improve energy, mobility and team connection. Bespoke programme timings are suited to the organisational needs.
What makes THP different from other wellbeing providers?
THP delivers fully coach-led, screen-free sessions that replace passive presentations with practical movement, teamwork and interaction. Do employees need any equipment or special clothing?
No equipment is needed and normal work clothing is suitable for the session. Light movement does form part of the session, so clothing shouldn’t be restrictive.
